Day Hikes

Build your hike habit and join Wild Grief on the trail for a daylong hike. We’ll spend time exploring, eating together, and sharing stories.

Pack water, snacks, a lunch, and the ten essentials before meeting up with the group to caravan to the trailhead.

Our day hikes are easy to moderate in difficulty and designed to be manageable for a wide range of people. Choose sturdy footwear that will keep you dry, even if the trail is wet or muddy.

A Wild Grief facilitator with training in leading hikes, administering first aid, and facilitating grief support for youth leads every day hike. These 3- to 6-hour hikes are open to the entire Wild Grief community.
