ALL AGES PROGRAMS
To help you find a powerful way to navigate grief, we connect you with others who are experiencing a loss and guide you into a shared nature journey together.
At Wild Grief, we walk with one another, share our stories, and sometimes just remain in the quiet and majesty of nature together. Come explore ways to find solace and meaning through experiences in the natural world.
All Ages Day Hikes
Spend the day with others who have lost a loved one while you explore the natural world and your place within it. You’ll spend 3 to 6 hours on easy to moderate trails, share stories with other participants, eat together, and reflect on your personal journey.
A hiking guide, trained in both first aid and grief support, leads each of our hikes. On our all-ages hikes, participants under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Hike Habit
Connect with the healing power of nature on our monthly hikes, held the fourth Sunday of each month in the South Sound area. These hikes are easy to moderate in difficulty, last about 2 hours, and are open to people of all ages. Participants under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Hike Habit [virtual]
This virtual version of Hike Habit helps you keep up your connection with nature. We meet together for mutual support before and after you spend time in nature, walk around your neighborhood or simply sit outdoors. Open to people of all ages.
