Finding peers who are also experiencing a loss can really help you on your grief journey. We help you connect with other teens, immerse yourself in the timelessness of nature, and find ways to reflect and heal that make sense for you.
If you’re age 13 to 18 and are grieving the loss of someone important to you, explore these ways to find solace and meaning through experiences in the natural world:
Teen Day Hikes
Join Wild Grief for a full day on the trail with your peers as well as a hiking guide trained in first aid and grief support. We spend the day exploring easy to moderate trails, eating together, and sharing stories.
Teen Backpack
Join other teens on this guided 4-day summer backpacking adventure in the wild backcountry. As you live outdoors with your peers, you’ll hike, cook, sleep beneath the stars, and learn new ways to navigate your grief. We provide all the gear.
